We have exciting news about Adobe Stock for Creative Cloud for teams members! Based on customer demand, we have added new features that will allow all team members to license, access and manage images from one shared Adobe Stock subscription – allowing teams to work together more efficiently and effectively than ever before when working with stock content.
Pooled images
All team members can now easily license, access and manage images from one shared Adobe Stock subscription, at no extra cost. So whether your team needs 10 images a month or 750 images a month, for the same cost as an individual subscription – $29.99 or $199.99 per month, respectively – all of your team members can now license images from one subscription. Existing Creative Cloud for teams members with Adobe Stock don’t need to take any action: Any Adobe Stock licenses currently assigned to a specific delegate will automatically be available to all delegates and you will continue to pay the same monthly fee.
On stock.adobe.com, all logged-in team members will see how many licenses their team has available for use. In this screenshot, you will see that my team, Eboda Design Studio, has 9 images available for licensing this month (we are on the 10 images a month plan):
Whenever one of my team members or I license an image, the counter on stock.adobe.com will be updated, so we always know how many images we have available for licensing that month.
Manage team images
Another great feature is that I can easily see what images my team has licensed, by simply going to “License History” in my account:

Access team images
If I am working on the same project or working on a project for the same client and want to use this image, since it has already been licensed by my team member, I am able to download the high-res version without needing to re-license (please note, all image use is subject to licensing terms and conditions).
I simply click on the image, and in the window that appears (see below), I can choose to save the image to a Creative Cloud Library or directly to my desktop.
These new features, available exclusively for Creative Cloud for teams members with an Adobe Stock subscription, enables all team members to license, access and manage images from one shared Adobe Stock subscription, making workflows involving stock content more efficient than ever.
